Section 24(f) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(f)No employee shall use or permit any other persons to use a Board's vehicle or a safe or any other property of the Board for any propose other than official business ;
