for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records in
connection to the notification issued by the 2nd respondent in notification
No.1/2015 dated 28.12.2015 with regard to recuritment to the post of Assistant
Engineer and quash the same insofar as Clause 6 and consequently direct the 1st

and 2nd respondents to prepare the list of Trained apprentices and give
preference to them and complete the recruitment process within the time limit

ORDER
The captioned writ petition has been filed challenging Clause 6 of the notification issued by the second respondent. The said notification was issued inviting application for recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents on receiving instructions submitted that following the impugned notification, selection process has been completed and the posts have been filled up and subsequently, two notifications were issued inviting application for recruitment to the very same post.
3. In the light of the above, the relief sough for in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication at present.
