Section 113 in Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317
113. Arrears and Defaulter.
- An amount of land revenue not paid as above shall be called an arrear of land revenue and the persons from whom the arrears is due under Section 103 or any other section shall be called defaulters.
