203. Special provisions relating to trade effluent.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder and of any other law for the time being in force, the occupier of any trade premises may, with the approval of the Municipality or, so far as may be for the time being in force, without such approval, discharge into the municipal drain any trade effluent proceeding from such premises.
