Section 8(1)(c) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into Under Graduate Professional Courses in Planning and Architecture (B. Arch. B. Plng, and related courses) Rules, 2004

(c)In respect State-wide Universities admissions into 85% of seats, in each Course shall be reserved for the candidates belonging to the three local areas in the State specified in this sub-rule namely, Andhra University area (Andhra), Osmania University area (Telangana) and Sri Venkateswara University area (Rayalaseema) in the ratio of 42:36:22 respectively and the balance of 15% seats shall be left for open competition.
