Section 9(a) in Bhadohi Industrial Development Area (Preparation and Finalisation of Plan) Regulations, 2003
(a)The Authority may, after considering the report of the Chief Executive Officer and any other matter, issue directions for variations, modifications or amendments of the Draft Plan.
