(b)“Employees of APSRTC” means such regular employees borne on the rolls of the APSRTC working in the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh defined as per Section 4 read with Section 82 of the Andhra Pradesh Re-organization Act, 2014(Central Act No.6 of 2014), as on the date of the coming into force of this Act;
