Section 7(u) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(u)University should prescribe such courses for Bachelor Degree, Post graduate and Research which would be covered by UGC and AICTE; but University shall have right to start diplomas, certificates etc. in its own subjects;
