Section 3(5) in Rajasthan State Commission for Women Regulations, 2007
(5)All meetings of the Commission shall be presided over by the chairperson and in case the chairperson is not able to attend any meeting of the Commission, the members present shall elect among themselves any member to preside over such a meeting.
