Section 25 in The West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1974
25. Member of Board, Welfare Commissioner, Inspectors and all officers and employees of Board to be public servants.
- The members of the Board, the Welfare Commissioner, the Inspectors and all other officers and other employees of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
