Section 265(2) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(2)The [Municipality] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] shall have power to remove any obstruction referred to in sub-section (1), and the expense of such removal shall be recoverable from the offender in the manner provided by Chapter VI.
