22. Reduction of establishment.
- When any post or posts are abolished, persons shall be selected for discharge or reversion on the basis of juniority, unless for reasons to be recorded the services of any person are considered indispensable by the Board.Explanation - An appointment, the pay of which is reduced, shall be deemed to be abolished within the meaning of this regulation.
