any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned letter dated 27.01.2026 issued by the 4th respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to defreeze the petitioner's bank Current Account No. 402529677918372 stands in name of R.K.Enterprises, Saving Account No.402109677918372 stands in the name of Nallakani, Fixed deposit Account No.402200050100432 stands in the name of Nallakani, TMB 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis ( Uploaded on: 03/03/2026 01:12:47 pm ) W.P.Crl(MD)No.649 of 2026 Bank, Ariyakulam Branch forthwith.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the 3rd respondent has already issued a communication dated 31.01.2026 to the 4th respondent regarding the defreezing of the petitioner’s account.
3. In view of the same, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass appropriate consequential orders, in accordance with the proceedings dated 31.01.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With these observations, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
