(b)Such convicts sentenced under Section 366, as have been found guilty of kidnapping or abducting for purposes of prostitution and all convicts sentenced under Sections 376 and 377 of the Indian Penal Code shall, in preference to prisoners other than juveniles, be placed in cells both by day and night.
