48. Act to override other laws, etc.
- The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything contained in the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act (XXIX of 1950) or any other law for the time being in force, or in any scheme of management framed thereunder before the appointed day or in any judgement, decree or order of any court, tribunal, Charity Commissioner or other Competent Authority or in any custom, usage or instrument.
