Section 66(5) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(5)On the reverse of every ballot paper before issuing to an elector, the following shall be affixed:-(a)name of Distributory Committee;(b)full signature of the Returning Officer.
