After this matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant states that they shall immediately make a representation to the Mumbai Port Trust in relation to all Port charges with a request that Mumbai Aswale 1/2

2 Mr. Fernandes, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Mumbai Port Trust has fairly stated that the Deputy Conservator, Mumbai Port Trust will hear the Applicant in relation to all Port charges.
