Section 48 in The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act, 2009
48. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Ordinances, 2008 ( Ordinances No. 4 of 2008) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinances shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
