Section 5(3)(b) in The Hindustan Tractors Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of undertaking) Act, 1978

(b)no award, decree or order or any court, tribunal, officer or other authority in relation to the undertakings of the Company, passed after the appointed day, in respect of any matter, claim or dispute, not being matter, claim or dispute in relation to any matter referred to in sub-section (2), which arose before that day, shall be enfroceable against the Central Government, or the State Government, or where the undertakings of the Company are directed, under section 7, to vest in a Government company, against that Government company;
