Learned counsel for the parties state that connected writ petitions are listed "For Directions" on 16 January 2023. Stand over to 16 January 2023 under the caption "For Directions" with Writ Petition No. 2161 of 2021 and connected matters.
2. On 28 November 2022, learned AGP had made a statement that at present no steps are being taken against the Petitioners. Learned AGP states that it is not possible to continue this statement.
3. Considering that various petitions on the same issue are listed on 16 January 2023 and an administrative order is passed transferring the petitions pending at Benches and legal issue is raised, in the meanwhile, the Respondent authorities will not take any coercive steps against the Petitioners based on the impugned orders.
