Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Protection of interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the whole of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
