61. Statement as to previous appeal or application in the High Court.
- A party or Advocate presenting a memorandum of crossobjection or application shall state therein whether any other appeal or memorandum of cross-objections or application has been filed by him in respect of the same matter and if filed, how that appeal or memorandum of cross-objections or application has been disposed of and how the appeal or cross-objections presented is competent.
