Section 22(1) in Ramchandra Chandravansi University Act, 2018
(1)The Governing Body shall have the following members, namely:(a)the Chancellor;(b)the Vice-Chancellor;(c)the Secretary to the Government, Department of Higher and Technical Education, Jharkhand, or his nominee;(d)five persons nominated by the sponsoring body, out of which two shall be eminent educationists;(e)one expert of management or technology from outside the university, nominated by the Chancellor; and(f)one expert of finance, nominated by the Chancellor.
