Section 79(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)If any person to whom this rule applies is without reasonable cause guilty of any act or omission in breach of his official duty he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
