Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(1)An appeal against an order or decision of a Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee may be preferred by an aggrieved person to the local authority concerned, within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order or decision appealed against:Provided that the local authority may condone the delay if it is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from preferring the appeal within the prescribed time.
