Section 31(3) in The Orissa Merged Territories (Village Offices Abolition) Rules, 1963
(3)The Sub-Divisional Officer shall intimate the Village Officer the date, time and place of payments and Shall Call upon him to take payment in person or through a duly authorised agent.
