Section 11(1) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999
(1)For the purpose of filling up of ordinary and casual vacancies in the committee, the State Election Commission shall, in consultation with the Government, publish a notification, calling upon the voters to elect members to the committee, on such date or dates as may be specified therein.
