Section 7(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Opening of Public Carriage for Passengers) Rules, 2011
(1)The Bangalore Metro Railway Administration shall make such arrangements which are necessary to facilitate the inspection of the metro railway, which is to be opened by the Commissioner.
