4. College-wise, course-wise and subject-wise details of seats.
(1)Details of all post graduate degree and diploma seats college-wise, course-wise and subject-wise will be issued by the State Government by an executive order every year.(2)Provided also that if subsequent to issuance of such order under the rule 4(1), additional seats are allocated or returned from all India quota to the colleges in the state by GOI then the details thereof will be published by the Director at the time of counselling. Provided also that, the Director will publish such details only after obtaining approval from the State Government.
