Section 53(2) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(2)In case the new address is located in the jurisdiction of the Registering Authority other than the original Registering Authority the certificate shall be made to the Registering Authority under whose jurisdiction the new address is located alongwith the certificate of registration.
