Section 14(1) in The Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005
(1)The Licensing Authority may, on an application made to it in duplicate, renew a business licence. Every such application for renewal shall be submitted in Form J and renewal thereof shall be granted by the Licensing Authority in Form K.
