Section 30 in Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019
30. Board of Faculties, Admission Committee, Examination Committee and other Authorities of Private University.
- The constitution, powers and functions of the Boards of Faculties, the Admission Committee, the Examination Committee and of such other authorities of a Private University which may be declared by the statutes to be authorities of the Private University shall be such as may be prescribed.
