17. Power to remove difficulties.
- The State Government may, by order, do anything, not inconsistent with this Act, for removing any difficulty which arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act:Provided that the power under this section shall not be exercisable after the expiry of a period of two years after the commencement of this Act.
