Section 22(2)(a) in Kumaun and Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1960

(a)is that the land is not khaikari land, the Compensation Officer shall frame an issue to that effect and sent it for disposal to the Assistant Collector-in-Charge of the sub-division;
