10. Commencement of Private University.
(1)Every Private University shall commence to exercise its function on such date as the Government may, by notification, specify in this behalf.(2)The Government shall issue a notification under sub-section (1) only after receipt of an affidavit along with documents from the sponsoring body to the effect that all the conditions referred to in this Act have been fulfilled and after the Government is satisfied in this behalf.
