Section 2(g) in U.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955
(g)[ "Video library" means a place, by whatever name called where the business of selling or letting on hire or distribution or exchange or putting into circulation in any manner whatsoever, of moving pictures or series or pictures recorded on a [video cassette or any other device by whatever name called] is carried on].
