(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)The Vice-Chancellor;(b)The Secretary to Government in-charge of Finance;(c)The Secretary to Government in-charge of Higher Education;(d)The Secretary to Government in-charge of Health and Family Welfare;(e)Two members nominated by the Syndicate from among its members;
