Section 23(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969
(1)The amount of the Fund shall be audited by the Examiner, Local Fund Audit Department, Rajasthan, in accordance with the provisions of Rajasthan Local Fund Audit Act, 1954 and rules made thereunder.
