Section 61(3)(ii) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015

(ii)when an allegation of physical, sexual or emotional abuse comes to the knowledge of the Superintendent, a report shall be placed before the Board or Committee, who in turn, shall order for special investigation.
