Section 10 in The Maharashtra Fruits Nurseries And Sale Of Fruit Plants (Regulation) Act, 1969
10. Duplicate of licence.
If a licence granted to an owner is lost, destroyed, mutilated or damaged, the Competent Authority shall, on application and payment of the prescribed fee, issue a duplicate licence.
