Section 53(1) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010
(1)Any train operator or Station Controller or the other member of the staff who observes water accumulating on the track shall report to the Traffic Controller giving as much detail as possible with respect to location, distance of track affected, and level of water with respect to the rail.
