(1)An appeal shall lie to the Board of Revenue from an order of the [Revenue Appellate Authority] [Substituted vide Section 4 read with item 18 of the schedule to the Rajasthan Act No. 8 of 1962-Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part 4-A, dated 23.4.1962.] passed under Section 24 on appeal.
