Section 1 in Kerala Identification of Prisoners Act, 1963
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Identification of Prisoners Act, 1963.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall come into force at once.
