Section 6(7) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(7)The terms and conditions of the services of the Secretary, officers and staff of the Commission shall be subject to such Regulations as may be specified by the Commission from time to time with the approval of the State Government.
