Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to Property) Act, 2008
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to Property) Act, 2008.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th day of July 2008.
