41. Legal proceedings.
- If at the commencement of this Act, any suit, appeal or other proceeding of whatever nature, is pending by or against the existing University, the same shall not abate or be discontinued or be in any way prejudicially affected by reason of the re-organization of existing University, but such suit, appeal or other proceeding, may be continued, prosecuted or enforced by or against the concerned University to which the subject matter of such suit, appeal or other proceeding pertains after the re-roganization.
