Section 4(2) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995

(2)The Chief Minister, Punjab, and the Minister-in-Charge of Housing and Urban Development shall be respectively the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the Board:Provided that in the absence of the Chairman, and the Vice-Chairman any member of the Board to be nominated by the Chairman shall preside over the meeting of the Board.
