Section 23 in M.P. Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2005
23. Special method of taking vote.
- Generally the voting shall take place by raising hands. However in special circumstances, the Presiding Officer may, at his own discretion, lake vote through ballot paper and if majority desires so, the vote shall be taken through ballot paper by secret method only.
