Order 15/05/2019 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to advertisement dated 08.04.2019 (Annex.9), the petitioner has applied for Multi Task Worker (Electrician-cum- Plumber).

It is submitted that in the advertisement, the procedure of selection has not been indicated and in absence thereof, the (Downloaded on 28/06/2019 at 04:30:17 AM) (2 of 2) [CW-5735/2019] respondents would be free to adopt any procedure, which would lead to arbitrariness.

In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within four weeks.

Notices when issued be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, if the selection pursuant to advertisement dated 08.04.2019 (Annex.9) for the post of Multi Task Worker (Electrician-cum-Plumber) has not been completed, before starting the selections, the respondents would publish the procedure for selection and then proceed with the selection.
