Section 29(1)(b) in Gudalur Janmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1974

(b)all amounts deposited as aforesaid and remaining unpaid after the expiry of a period of six months from the date of disposals of the application under section 44 shall be withdrawn by the Tribunal and be deposited in the District Court having jurisdiction over the janmam estate.
